She currently serves as the Campus Executive Director for West Coast University (WCU) at the Ontario campus, where she oversees comprehensive campus operations and leads strategic initiatives focused on student success and organizational growth. Dr. Daly holds a Ph.D. and has a deep professional commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and the integration of faith in learning. Throughout her career, she has been a dedicated advocate for student achievement and institutional advancement within the academic community. She brings 26 years of dedicated experience in higher education at both for-profit and not-for-profit institutions. Previously, she served as President and COO of Bellus Academy in San Diego, CA – a multi-campus career college. She rejoins LAPU having previously also served as Director of Financial Aid. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree from California Coast University and credentials from Wharton Executive Education. Prior to this role, she served as Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer at California State University Los Angeles and as Executive Director of Finance at Azusa Pacific University. Dr. Williams-Maxwell serves as Treasurer of the board of the Hollywood Police Activities League. She earned a Doctor of Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole De Management, a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School, a Master of Information Systems from the University of Illinois, Springfield, and a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Los Angeles. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Dr. Williams-Maxwell has served as a trustee of Los Angeles Pacific University since 2021.
