Program Overview

The B.A. in Organizational Leadership integrates key concepts from multiple disciplines related to innovation; change management; individual, team, and group behavior; and principles of inclusive leadership. Students also develop the communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical decision-making skills needed for effective leadership in for-profit and non-profit sectors. Students gain real-world, practical knowledge which they can apply immediately in current roles or for future career advancement.
