My Passion:

My academic passion is to influence the minds, hearts, and ethos of nontraditional learners, and to prepare them for leadership roles in for-profit, nonprofit, and public sector occupations. Although the goal of higher education is to provide a comprehensive epistemological experience for all students, the academy’s professional responsibility has evolved into a conjoint preparation for the workplace (especially for students of color). I am most excited when our students become transformational, ethical leaders in their occupations, families, and ministries.

Hobbies:

Travel and hiking with my wife, spending time with our boys, physical fitness, playing guitars and drums
