We Celebrate Our Graduates
Commencement Ceremony: Saturday, December 15, 2018, at 5:00 PM
Join us as we honor the academic achievements and spiritual growth of our graduates! Commencement ceremonies will take place on December 15 at the Felix Event Center on Azusa Pacific University’s West Campus. Tickets are required for attendance and parking, or you can watch the ceremonies live on APU’s Facebook page.

Tickets and Parking
Information on how to order tickets will be emailed to graduating students within one month of commencement. Tickets will be available for reservation on Wednesday, December 5, via the ticket reservation page. Additional tickets may be available in a lottery held Monday, December 10, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Grad Fest will take place on October 3 and 4, 2018, from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM in the APU University Bookstore and online.

After October 4, you can order online through November 4, but no discount will apply. For more information, please email email@example.com.
Graduation Day Flowers
Preorder your orchid leis, flower bouquets, and kukui and shell necklaces at GraduationDayFlowers.com/APU. Pickup locations at the Felix Event Center make it easy to pick up your order.
Accessibility and Special Needs
Guests who need special assistance may be seated beginning at 3:45 PM.
Please go to the Special Needs and Accommodations booth in front of the Felix Event Center to be escorted to your seats. If you have any further questions or requests regarding a guest who may need other accommodations, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
There will be a handicapped seating section available. Our handicapped guests will have 1-3 additional seat(s) available for their guests. Please go to the Special Needs and Accommodations booth in front of the Felix Event Center if you need further assistance.
Wheelchairs and Scooters
APU does not rent or provide wheelchairs or scooters. However, guests may bring their own wheelchairs and scooters, which are permitted in the Felix Event Center.
Strollers are not permitted inside the commencement ceremony.
A service animal is a dog (or miniature horse) trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. A service animal is not a pet. The care or supervision of a service animal is solely the responsibility of his or her owner. A service animal will not be permitted at the ceremony if the animal’s behavior poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others. If a service animal displays vicious behavior towards others, the owner will be asked to leave with the animal. Emotional Support Animals
Emotional support animals are not permitted into any commencement ceremony, event, or reception.
