Leadership is never static; but must be transformative, innovative, and dynamic. Leadership is evolutionary and revolutionary, bringing change to organizations through the leader. The Bachelor of Arts in Leadership program at LAPU equips students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to advance their careers and bring innovative change to their industry and organizations.
- Integrate biblical concepts and principles in the field of leadership

- Analyze organizational leadership paradigms to develop a personal leadership approach
The B.A. in Leadership prepares learners for service in a wide variety of sectors, including midlevel management, governmental organizations, international institutions, ministry organizations, churches, and firms seeking strong leadership skills and competencies. Learners complete the leadership major to gain promotions, change careers, or prepare for masters-level studies. Graduates may also begin new ventures, operate small companies, develop new products, or become consultants.
A concentration is similar to a minor, but more integrated and with no extra units added to the degree. Each program allows you to choose a concentration to sharpen your skills and specialize in a focused area of study.
